Meanwhile those people living in Japan, Lithuania and the Czech Republic are likely to enjoy a 'healthier' holiday feast, with between 1,400 and 2,000 calories. Dr Wayne Osborne of treated.com urged people to keep a track of their calorie intake this Christmas.
